[0:05] [Music] Welcome back to the Monday Morning Minute  for September 2. Let's get 60 seconds on the clock   [0:10] and get started. First things first, City offices  are closed today, Monday, in observance of Labor   [0:14] Day. City facilities will reopen at 8 AM tomorrow.  In recognition of the start of the school year,   [0:20] we're out here at Skyview Middle School. Good  luck to our local students, teachers and support   [0:24] staff as they head back to school this week.  We wish everyone a successful school year.   [0:29] With the return turn to school, we want to offer  a reminder to drivers to slow down, pay attention,   [0:33] and anticipate school children and buses,  especially in school zones and neighborhoods.   [0:38] We want everybody to be safe. Apples have finally  arrived at the Oakdale Farmers Market. Make   [0:42] sure to stop by the City Hall parking lot this  Wednesday from 2 to 6 PM to pick up these sweet   [0:47] treats and other fresh produce and goods from  dozens of outstanding local vendors. Finally,   [0:52] the Oakdale Professional Firefighters  Local 5175 will be at Hy-Vee this Saturday,   [0:57] September 7 from 8 AM to 4 PM for their  Fill the Boot campaign to raise money for   [1:02] the Muscular Distrophy Association. Stop by  Hy-Vee on Saturday to support their efforts   [1:06] and make a small donation. That's it. I'm out  of time. Have a great week, Oakdale. [Music]
