First up, hydrant flushing  will begin today and is expected to take 5   [0:14] to 6 work days to complete, weather permitting.  The flushing process may cause discolored water   [0:19] or a temporary disruption of water service. If  you have discolored water, run the cold water   [0:24] for a few minutes. Check out the link provided  for an interactive map with work zones on where   [0:28] the work will be completed. Just two days are  left to submit photos for Oakdale's annual photo   [0:34] contest. All photos must be taken in Oakdale  and the contest is open to Oakdale residents   [0:38] only. The   [0:44] pavement rehab project on Hadley Avenue from  10th Street to Hallmark Avenue continues with   [0:48] paving anticipated for this Thursday and Friday.  During this time, there may be lane closures and   [0:53] flaggers to help control traffic.
