First up, hydrant flushing  will begin today and is expected to take 5   [0:14] to 6 work days to complete, weather permitting.  The flushing process may cause discolored water   [0:19] or a temporary disruption of water service. Just two days are  left to submit photos for Oakdale's annual photo   [0:34] contest. All photos must be taken in Oakdale  and the contest is open to Oakdale residents   [0:38] only.
