Each year,   [0:14] the City recognizes an individual or group that  has gone above and beyond in their efforts to   [0:18] get involved in our community and to help others.  To recognize a deserving volunteer, complete the   [0:23] online nomination form at the link provided  by October 31. Stop by the Halloween Costume   [0:29] Swap at the Environmental Center in Woodbury  or Forest Lake this Wednesday, October 15,   [0:34] from 4:30 to 6:30 PM to shop for free gently used  kids costumes. Speaking of Halloween,   [0:45] save the date for Friday, October 31 from 4:30  to 7:30PM to trick-or- treat at Fire Station 2,   [0:50] located on 15th Street.
