Oakdale updates residents on school year safety, road work

Drivers should be aware that traffic signals at the intersection of Hadley Avenue and 15th Street will remain flashing red during construction, and drivers must treat these signals as stop signs. Partial lane closures are possible, with flaggers on site to direct traffic. Motorists are advised to exercise caution in the work zone.
