Oakdale Council Approves Redevelopment Study, Initiates 2026 Street Projects
The Oakdale City Council approved a redevelopment study for the 12th and Geneva area and initiated 2026 street reconstruction projects during its regular meeting Monday.

The council authorized the city administrator to enter into an engineering contract to prepare feasibility reports.
The Fire Department received donations totaling $2,640 from multiple donors, including the Moser family and Alzando Charitable Foundation. Fire Chief Walt said the funds will purchase CPR mannequins and training materials for a community-wide hands-only CPR campaign. The department plans to offer quarterly training sessions for residents and teenagers.
The Economic Development Authority extended an exclusive rights agreement with Tanner Lake LLC for property redevelopment until December 10th. The developer must provide evidence of financial commitment or a formal partnership before the deadline expires.
