This is only allowed during the subdivision process. And what that is is essentially when you're adding more lots to the community, asking for parkland to help offset that.

We will try to follow our master plan. We'll try to see what's there, look at deficiencies and then whatever... commission or staff recommend staff will then put that together.

I prefer to have some input from the users. I think in all of our parks, we just put them in with what we think, but neighborhoods change, people grow.
