Notable Quotes (3)
Local control is so important... when we hand parts of the process off we lose control... we're being prevented from seeing the source data so that we can verify it.
The only way to verify the accuracy is to do a hand count of the ballots... our current voting process is it's basically a black box.
This isn't about contesting prior elections or even contesting the election it's putting processes in place so that everybody can feel comfortable.
