The EDA is made up of president, vice president, secretary, treasure, and assistant treasur. Each year we elect um officers.

The strategy would allow for roadways that are less than needed at full buildout... we don't really have anything in our subdivision regulations... that really give us the ability to rightsize the road.

I think there's many instances where this might make sense and I can think of others where I would say this is disastrous long term for the city to effectively get stuck with the bill.
