discussion um for the Minnesota veterinary neurology Clinic Pages 1 through 23 and enclosures 1 and two Bethany do you have any discussion I mean I love it as much as I did last time we talked about it okay um I had a a few questions um I didn't see anything about signage uh on your site um do you are you not going to have even a monument sign there is a monument okay I didn't see it on the drawing so that's wondering okay I I couldn't find it but that's why I question it you don't have it I can definitely but there will be okay and that's all you require most of your clientele um through referrals is so you don't you don't need anything other than that okay so it'll be very professional looking oh yeah okay um and then I this is just a question you can do what you want but are you really set on having a white building okay because it is a high traffic area and you know pollution is if there's pollution it's there you know and I remember years ago when I had my mother's house uh um resided that was one thing they didn't recommend she lived in an urban area so um oh we for to ask her so I it's just something um that I thought might be an extra expense for you because you do have to keep it clean you know and it is going to have a texture to it the sding so um yeah it wasn't something um I think it was just more for the look of it just liking having that barn style kind of feel to it and that farmhouse style um so it hadn't been brought up to me I'm not opposed to potentially but I still want a light color um but yeah it's something to definitely that we can consider for sure okay cuz they really don't I think what would you say something um neutral color you know whereas white really isn't a color it's an absence of color so that's I I hate to get too much white in there because it is um a high traffic area trucks diesels and stuff like that so just thought I'd bring it up yeah no I appreciate that Rob I have like like uh Bethany I love this every much as I did before I think it's a fabulous idea I love it thank you okay I just want to make a couple clarifications um because somebody said to me there you go you got your emergency vet and you and I had talked about this just so everybody knows it is not an emergency vet um I don't want you know somebody to watch and say oh we're getting an emergency vet because it's it's strictly neurology it's not an emergency vet so I want people to whether they're listening or they watch the recording I want them to know that that's not what this is and then um it's not in the minutes it's really not a big deal but Robin at the last meeting you made a comment about it being the only specialty clinic in the area and it's the only stand alone but when I Googled uh your name of your clinic Minnesota neurology Veterinary um they do offer those services at the U ofm and at Oakdale and at Blue Pearl so it's the only Standalone so people know that but I don't want people to think it's the only one in the area that does that so just making some clarifications for people cuz people do rewatch our meetings to see what's going on and so I want them to clarify so with all of that you want to ask if Le has any questions they're not supposed to oh Ron do you have any questions I'll save them for next week the council okay all right so with that I would look for a motion to approve to the city counil or recommend approval to the city council is there a motion uh yeah I can do that uh I'll make a motion to recommend approval for a request for cup to allow a specialty veterinary hospital in the community commercial zoning District at 15186 West Freeway Drive P ID number 2432-22 24-10 um recommendation is based on the staff uh report from May 10th 202 4 with findings of facts 1 through 22 conditions uh recommendations um 1- 18 and the city Engineers memorandum dated April 25th 2024 with comments 1 through 4 is there a second it's Robin second okay I'll call for the vote this is Barb I monu proposed Monument sign oh so it's kind of a circle oh that's that is looks like this and looks like this okay so I assume that's The Monuments right and there's no numbers on this so I can't give
