We brought the sound pressure levels inside of the space up to 110 dB which is about like an AC/DC concert and walked outside and I took measurements at the street... the sound coming through that loading dock door was was barely perceptible.
If you have a use like this where it's across the street from a residential neighborhood, if you don't have enough parking, that can become a somewhat catastrophic condition for the area.
