--- title: MINUTES author: Oehlke date: D:20260611125605-05'00' --- ## Minutes ## Woodbury City Council Workshop Wednesday, May 27, 2026 Pursuant to the due call and notice thereof, a workshop meeting was held at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, on the 27 th day of May 2026. Present: Councilmembers Kim Wilson, Jennifer Santini, Donna Stafford, and Steve Morris. Absent: Mayor Anne Burt Others Present: Jeffrey Dahl, City Administrator and Angela Gorall, Deputy City Administrator. Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. ## Workshop Discussion Items 1A. Update of 2026 City and County Property Valuations by Washington County Assessor Lisa Young, Washington County Assessor, was present and provided a presentation and introduced several County staff also in attendance. Council questions, comments, and discussion throughout the presentation. Council provided no specific direction to staff. Presentation was provided for informational purposes.
