Uh, there's uh opportunities for uh green sheets or blue sheets depending on what [5:28] topic you have. That information should be sitting on your chairs and more information out back. Um, our first item of business tonight is a report on our [6:42] August 27th, 2025 close session. This had to do with litigation status and strategy discussion with special [6:49] litigation council from the Taft law firm to discuss the 3M PAS and AF [6:54] litigation. Our attorney uh for Taft is not with us tonight, but our city attorney, Kevin, is going to give us a [6:59] brief update on that. Sure. Thank you, Madame Mayor. And just as we always do a brief update on these closed sessions, it was closed pursuant [7:05] to Minnesota statute 13D.05 under the basis of the attorney client privilege for pending litigation. And so this Taft [7:14] law firm, the city's special counsel in relation to all PAS and uh firefighting foam relating litigation came in and [7:21] gave the council an update on the various status of the litigation matters before the city. no official action or [7:27] was taken uh during the course of that meeting and the law firm continues to work on the matters.
