May 7, 2026 Meeting Minutes ## CITY OF WOODBURY ## 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TASK FORCE MEETING MINUTES May 7, 2026 A meeting of the 2050 Comprehensive Plan Task Force was held at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, on the 7 th d ay of May 2026. ## ITEM 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair Chuck Eckberg called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. Upon the call to order the following members of the task force were present: Anne Burt, Jory DeLoach, Christine Denson, Richard Freese, Dave Hoelzel, Marcia Kennedy, Jennifer Nowacki, Steve Morris, Eric Schurr, Carl Scheider, Saurin Shah, Laurie Staiger, and Mary Ellen Reihsen ## Absent: None Also present: Jamie Fritts, Housing and Economic Development Manager, Eric Searles, City Planner, and Jason Egerstrom, Senior Community Relations Coordinator. ## ITEM 2: Ice Breaker Task force members were asked by the chair to introduce themselves and answer the following ice breaker questions: Your name and neighborhood; How long have you lived in Woodbury; Favorite thing about Woodbury; and One unique skill, experience or perspective you bring to the group. ## ITEM 3: TASK FORCE OVERVIEW, SCOPE AND BACKGROUND Jamie Fritts provided an overview of the role and scope of the task force within the comprehensive plan update process. He also stated that he is the primary city staff liaison to the task force and that members should direct any comments or questions related to the task force to him.
