Deputy City Administrator Angela Gorall introduced the Draft CIP, followed by presentations from Department Heads detailing their requests. Council engaged in questions, comments, and discussion. Key outcomes included no adjustment to Project 071-PR-26 but requiring detailed design and public engagement; adjusting Project 110-PW-26 to $100,000 annually for five years and evaluating effectiveness; moving Project 034-PW-21 (new mower) to 2028; renaming Project 25-ENG-15 to 'Afton Rd Fire Station Parking Lot'; and adjusting Project 25-ENG-01 (Safe Streets) to $200,000 for 2027 with a follow-up report from staff.
