[0:01] [Music] [0:05] having LGBTQ specific leagues are really [0:07] important for the community it continues [0:09] to be a safe space [0:12] you know my own personal experience [0:14] growing up I never felt comfortable [0:16] playing sports because I knew I was [0:18] different than the other kids having a [0:20] league like the TCGSL and Naga that are [0:23] for specifically gay athletes it creates [0:26] a community and so um it really is a [0:28] safe space [0:30] i think the importance of gay sports is [0:32] finding a safe place for queer people to [0:35] be able to enjoy sports get exercise [0:37] find that camaraderie [0:38] [Music] [0:46] [Applause] [0:46] [Music]
