[0:01] Hey, Woodbury, today [0:02] I'm on top of the roof at the Fleet Services Building, [0:04] where the city's newest [0:06] solar panels are providing sustainable energy and savings. [0:09] Two major rooftop solar arrays have been installed, one [0:12] at the Fleet Services Building and another at Central Park. [0:15] These arrays will cut long term [0:17] operating costs and expand the city's use of clean energy. [0:21] The Fleet Services system is designed to offset 120% [0:24] of the building's annual [0:26] electricity use, and includes a battery energy storage system. [0:30] Speaking of Central Park, [0:31] thank you to everyone who came out for the grand reopening. [0:34] It was great to see people back enjoying the refreshed space. [0:38] The proposed 2026 city budget includes $130 [0:41] increase in city taxes for the median value home, [0:44] and a 10.7% overall levy increase. [0:48] That number could still change as City [0:50] Council continues its discussions. [0:52] Council will review the budget [0:54] and tax impacts at the December 10th meeting at 7:30 p.m. [0:57] at City Hall. [0:59] Everyone is welcome to attend or tune in online.
