[0:11] There's [0:11] much to see in the 70 acres that tells a story [0:16] about the history of Woodbury. [0:20] There are seven soon to be eight interpretive signs along [0:24] two trails on the Heritage Walk here at the Valley Creek Park. [0:29] Two trails wind through the park. [0:32] A loop trail winds through a hand [0:35] planted pine forest and oak savanna. [0:38] This is where you will find five interpretive signs. [0:42] On the other trail you will discover three signs [0:46] about the trout stream that begins at Valley Creek [0:50] Park here and flows underground to Afton. [0:54] The Miller Barn and its functions in its heyday. [0:58] And a beautiful sign ahead that talks about the wildlife. [1:02] It's very peaceful to walk here [1:05] and it being all blacktop, it's fairly easy to do. [1:10] There's a number of benches to sit down on. [1:13] It makes it possible to, in fact, get [1:16] part of the history of Woodbury before we were 80,000 people. [1:21] Well, it’s way for people to walk through history. [1:23] If you build it, they will come. [1:26] So I think that's what we're looking at. [1:27] It’s here and people will come and see it and [1:31] get an interest in Woodbury history. [1:33] We're excited about the QR codes. [1:36] It is a very, simple yet effective [1:39] way to find out more about the wonders of Woodbury. [1:44] The codes link you to a website [1:47] that has content, pictures, videos, and more. [1:53] You don't have to go outside of Woodbury [1:56] to have a peaceful time.
