[0:01] Hey, Woodbury. Today I'm on top of the [0:03] roof at the Fleet Services Building [0:05] where the city's newest solar panels are [0:07] providing sustainable energy and [0:08] savings. Two major rooftop solar arrays [0:11] have been installed, one at the Fleet [0:13] Services Building and another at Central [0:15] Park. These arrays will cut long-term [0:17] operating costs and expand the city's [0:19] use of clean energy. The fleet services [0:22] system is designed to offset 120% of the [0:25] building's annual electricity use and [0:27] includes a battery energy storage [0:29] system. Speaking of Central Park, thank [0:32] you to everyone who came out for the [0:33] grand reopening. It was great to see [0:35] people back enjoying the refresh space. [0:38] The proposed 2026 city budget includes [0:40] $130 increase in city taxes for the [0:43] median value home and a 10.7% overall [0:47] levy increase. That number could still [0:49] change as city council continues its [0:51] discussions. Council will review the [0:54] budget and tax impacts at the December [0:56] 10th meeting at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. [0:59] Everyone's welcome to attend or tune in [1:01] online.
