All of the [0:07] different natural elements that came [0:09] into this, both light and wood and [0:10] greenery, all of this space, this is [0:13] incredible space. Wow is the word that I [0:15] want to use. [0:17] Well, I had the opportunity of driving [0:18] by last night, so seeing it from the [0:20] outside and the lighting, it was just [0:22] spectacular. And it just feels warm from [0:25] the outside. It feels inviting. You want [0:26] to come inside here. [0:29] It's big. It's big and it's airy. It [0:31] looks great. Lots of light. I mean, the [0:33] tables look nice. It looks like it's [0:35] plenty big enough. [0:37] The space is absolutely spectacular. And [0:40] I am just blown away by how it's turned [0:43] out. [0:44] This is going to be a great place to [0:46] come in the winter when you feel just [0:47] cooped up. It's just a great place and a [0:50] great place for community. [0:53] I'll fly really fast. [0:55] And don't try to underestimate it. [0:58] Central Park. We're super excited for [0:59] this to be open. Central Park has [1:01] obviously been here in the community for [1:02] a long time. We've now set it up for the [1:05] next 20 years of residents to enjoy. [1:07] [Music]
