[0:29] The city has created an alternative financing program [0:32] to help residents [0:33] with the upfront costs of private ash tree removal [0:36] through a special assessment [0:37] line added to their property tax bill. [0:39] The program offers residents another way [0:41] to cover expensive tree removal costs. [0:44] It is not a rebate or discount program. [0:46] Learn more and apply online.
