my heritage through food.
[0:07] Enjoying traditional dishes
reminds me of special times
[0:09] with family and the stories
that come with them.
[0:13] Sharing those meals with friends
and neighbors is my way
[0:15] of keeping the culture alive
and passing it on to others.

around our community.
[0:59] I love to cook food
and share my food.
[1:02] I celebrate with my stories
and the stories of my ancestors
[1:06] and my grandmother and my mother
and all of my ancestors
[1:11] from Mexico and throughout
the whole diaspora of my
[1:14] my Latino heritage,
