[0:00] So, I've been in the district 12 years [0:01] and you know, you've seen the number of [0:03] staff that we've lost due to our cuts [0:06] and um it's just harder to do uh to [0:08] serve our kids. It's really a challenge. [0:10] Well, I just it's the funding equity [0:12] honestly. It's it's just such an issue [0:13] with staffing and with students. Like in [0:16] our class, I teach choir and we have [0:17] over 100 students in the room uh with [0:20] just us. So, it's really a challenge.
