[0:00] You know, if you ask anybody that works
[0:01] here, they're going to tell you what we
[0:03] do. It's for the kids. It's truly a love
[0:05] for kids of helping. Um it's rewarding
[0:09] seeing them just be able to grow and the
[0:12] accomplishments that they do just
[0:14] throughout even their middle school
[0:15] years, uh which is where I work. Um it's
[0:18] it's truly amazing and that's why we do
[0:20] it. with me working with vulnerable
[0:22] students, you just really want to
[0:25] protect them and and give them every
[0:28] advantage that you can. The referendum
[0:30] is really important, especially to
[0:32] support staff. We are so short staffed
[0:34] because of all of the, you know, funding
[0:36] issues and things like that. Um, so it
[0:39] really helps us to be able to support
[0:40] our students as best we can and give
[0:42] them the biggest heads up, leg up that
[0:45] they can have in their future.
