[0:03] welcome to the wri County License Center [0:06] or as most people call it the [0:08] DMV the purpose of this video is to [0:11] highlight the services the DMV offers [0:13] and how to best navigate your way during [0:15] your trip to our [0:18] office for those entering the DMV the [0:21] kiosk shown here is how you let us know [0:24] what services you're looking for today [0:26] this system gives each Patron a number [0:28] and directs you to the window that will [0:30] provide you with your desired [0:32] service many of our services can be [0:35] processed more quickly and more [0:37] efficiently by the use of our [0:39] drive-through window located on the west [0:42] side of the government center facing [0:43] bradic [0:46] Avenue next we'll be sharing a brief [0:49] example of what not to do when using our [0:51] drive-through window as well as how to [0:54] properly get you through and back on [0:56] your way as soon as possible [1:00] although we can quickly process many [1:02] transaction types through our [1:03] drive-through window there is a handful [1:06] of transactions that we are unable to [1:08] handle through the [1:10] window you may need to come inside the [1:12] building to handle things such as [1:14] driver's license and ID card [1:17] applications or title transfers of Motor [1:19] Vehicles and trailers [1:39] let's try that one more time this time [1:41] we'll demonstrate the fastest way to get [1:43] in and out of the drive-thru as quick as [1:46] possible [2:00] [Music] [2:27] [Music] [2:30] h [2:32] [Music]
