[13:10] Drainage Authority directed staff to [13:12] bring back the resolution once as built [13:14] documents were provided um we were [13:16] provided by the Bowser engineer so that [13:19] project is now complete so we will be [13:21] adopting and and officially abandoning [13:23] that section of ditch which like Mr [13:25] vetch stated has been a been a big topic [13:28] for a few years and excited to get this [13:29] one done I will state I appreciate Matt [13:32] yourself and Dan na as aid from Soil and [13:36] Water on this project and being able to [13:39] help these land owners and being able to [13:41] fix this issue and get them uh out of [13:43] the ditch system this was great teamwork [13:45] there on all [13:48] parts all right at this time I will [13:52] entertain a motion
