This meeting is being recorded. Good morning everyone. It is Tuesday, May 6th. We'll call the Ray County Board of Commissioners to order. We'll begin with the pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. On this beautiful Tuesday morning, summer has finally arrived here in Wright County. Uh we have a pretty robust here agenda. We'll go right at it. First would be the approval of the minutes from the April 15th county board meeting. Mr. Chair, I will approve the minutes with some modifications. I would like to add on the uh end of the agenda, we we review committee minutes and make recommendations. I would just like to state what those recommendations were. Um number one was to approve the change to Wright County Probation Delivery System to Community Corrections Act. Um, number two was to approve the allocation of $72,000 from joint ditch 15 funds to cover outstanding expenses. Number three, approved adoption of the Great River Regional Library Minute Resolution. And number four, approved updated RFP process and bylaws for opiate advisory council just for some clarity as it's not stated in the agenda itself um that those recommendations are clear. Minutes approved. Unanimous. All right. Next would be today's agenda. Uh to start off here, we have a few items here to uh move on today's agenda. Uh would administration, you have some Mr. Chair. Thank you. I'm going to request that the board remove from the agenda and place upon the table consent agenda items A3, B1, B2, D1, and then under items for consideration, letter B, committee minutes. Number three, the personnel committee minutes from April 24, 2025. And I'm asking for this in light of the uh budget shifts that the legislaturator is forcing on us. I'd like to hold this off to at least May 20th so we know what the session is going to look like here in the next two weeks before we make any moves uh on rehiring any staff at this point in time so we can get ready for budget implications that are coming from that pass through from the state down to us which um from I'll be honest from the time we got this agenda on Thursday to today um is only getting worse. I appreciate that administrator Kryer. In addition, I would uh like to add on to items for consideration a time change to the parks committee of the whole on May 12th. I had a unexpected funeral come up for that Monday that I'd like to have a discussion. So, since I have items on that committee of the whole on May 12th. All right.
