e e e e e e e e e e e e good good morning everyone it is Wednesday July 10th at 8: a.m. we'll call the r County Board of Commissioners to order we'll begin with the Pledge of Allegiance I pledge aliance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all okay uh today's special meeting is relatively short uh one item to uh work through here uh prior to today's meeting we have uh some signed documents which have been included in the agenda and within the packet uh at this time I am looking for the board to take action uh and accept the separation agreement and authorized signatures of the board share on the said separation agreement which is included in the packet I'll open up for a discussion here amongst board members other otherwise I'll entertain a motion I'll make that motion motion by commissioner Holland to uh accept the separation agreement uh for said member of administrator uh lee Kelly and authorized signatures of County Board chair uh to authorize said separation agreement second second by commissioner Shane is there any further discussion hearing none all in favor say I I oppose same uh motion passes unanimous at this time uh being there's no other items to attend to or posted on for the special agenda uh this uh special meeting and we will adjourn the special meeting today at 8:04 [Music]
