[0:06] i will call the June 23rd work session to order you join me for a moment sounds [0:12] of the fledgiance [0:25] to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it [0:30] stands one nation under God indivisible liberty and justice for all [0:39] move on to citizens comments think we have anybody here online okay public [0:45] safety projects update mr canon yeah get started here we're using a new [0:53] process here for our presentations so I'm trying to [1:00] here [1:07] okay you should be able to just bring this chair [1:22] you guys have great pictures they all look very nice [1:35] okay so couple updates here on some public safety projects that we have in works this first one is for the first [1:41] center um so we uh have started with the membership drive and trying to um uh [1:49] push this out to some cities um we have [1:56] we have um I didn't bring my reading [2:01] there that's better there we go um [2:07] so we finalized the flyers in May you guys took a look at the the dough draft of those and then we sent those out in [2:12] early June we've so far have received responses back from three cities that are looking at the capital level Valley [2:19] Farmington and Northfield um we're also getting some interest in some other cities as well so we're going to keep [2:24] moving forward with that um this is the final version of the flyer um it [2:30] basically consists of general information regarding the site um it [2:35] outlines the two membership benefit levels that we had talked about previously at a work session and what [2:40] the that means the potential memberships uh it also included the general facility [2:47] pricing this is kind of the allocart if a city doesn't want to become a member they still have the opportunity to um [2:54] buy into the space with this kind of allocart allocart pricing [2:59] then we also added kind of that same pricing concept for fire uh departments as well for them to reserve space and to [3:06] use the area for fire department training and the flyer just has the general [3:13] layout of the facility that has been included with have our memberships and advertisements for the facility [3:20] um so we also since now that we've got uh the membership starting we've started [3:27] started looking at membership agreements so this is just a rough draft first page of a membership agreement that working [3:32] with through with camel Kudson police department staff but working with that [3:38] um just trying to come up with a boiler plate that we can then send out to each of the cities and then work through that with them individually on on what that [3:44] agreement means for them real quick before Alan goes on from that [3:50] just one note Farmington um has expressed interest tensibly in prepaying [3:56] their entire 10 years um they have their fire their police s or their fire public [4:01] safety aid that the state gave a couple years ago i think they're still sitting on the…
