Yes, uh I put motion to to accept resolutions of grants and gifts. Whereas St. John's Baptist and the South Catholic Church and United Methodist Church of the DC um generously offered to donate $250 and $109 respectively to KMC for the Dolly Parton Imagination Imagination Library.
Um yeah, we you know, we appreciate everything the Big Iron does, a lot of donations to the school. Um we're trying to make sure that everything is done correctly. Um they are kind of they give a donation for us to rent I don't know if rent is the right word. They camp at our open lot. It's basically a hayfield up there. Um it was brought to our attention that alcohol might be consumed um while they're camping. That is school grounds um and so we checked with our um insurance company today and we cannot honor that request.
My recommendation to you is to not approve the request that Mr. Finn has put in to allow alcohol being consumed there. But, it is the ultimate choice is up to you. My recommendation is to not approve.

Sure. So, we follow the state's records retention policy, which basically requires that we keep most things for a period of 6 years, at which time we can destroy or digitize. There are certain things that we do need to keep, like the most student records. Um but like the things that are not on the list, so um those things that fall under that policy, so.
