A five-year homeownership readiness program administered by the HRA, where participating households rent from the HRA, save for a down payment, and complete first-time home buyer courses.
Bloomington Affordable Home Ownership programPlan
A new initiative currently being rolled out by the HRA to develop and sell 27 new homes to income-qualifying households.
