There Are Certain That The Planning Commission Can Approve Or Deny On Its Own Subject Appeal To The City Council Item One Tonight Is One Of Those Items For Each Item There Will Be A Staff Report That A Chance For The Applicant To Present And Then A Chance For Any Member Of The Public To Provide Testimony And Then The Commission Close The Public Hearing And Discuss The Item Before The Action Is Taken.
