Our unfinished business is a summary statement. After our last business meeting, we held a closed session pursuant to Minnesota statute to um evaluate the year-end evaluation for our superintendent. And so, as a result of that, I will be reading the summary statement from the superintendent evaluation. On Monday, June 16th, the Robbinsdale Area School Board met in close session pursuant to Minnesota statute 13D.05, 05 subdivision 3A for the year-end superintendent evaluation. The board met for over three hours to discuss the br to discuss the rubric for the standardsbased superintendent evaluation and the performance of Dr. Stalo which was facilitated by Barb Dorne from the Minnesota schoolboards association. The majority of the board found that the work done by Dr. Terry Stalo, superintendent, was highly effective or effective in all areas. Because of this, a majority of the board voted to grant Dr. Stalo the full 10% of her salary as incentive as stated in her contract for meeting the goals that were set for her for the 2425 school year. We thank Dr. Stalo for her efforts and accomplishments and look forward to working with her on the challenges ahead in our district. Dr. Stalo. any comments? Sure. Thank you. Um, so I'd like to share an excerpt from the reflection that I attached to my evaluation materials when I submitted them to the board.
