The development team presented a comprehensive redevelopment proposal for the 9-acre Macy's site. The project includes four new buildings: an 11-story condominium with office and ground-floor retail/restaurant; a 7-story mixed-use apartment building; and two additional 7-story apartment buildings (one with restaurant space). All buildings feature internal parking with public street-level parking. The site plan incorporates new public infrastructure including roadways, sidewalks, and landscaping designed to visually extend the adjacent promenade aesthetic into the property.
