The properties in Section A were those where the assessor and property owner had already reached an agreement. The addresses were read into the record, and no public input was received. The board then moved to approve all twelve properties as presented.
Referral of Section B Contested Residential Appeals to Advisors

Section B included two residential properties where the assessor and property owner had not reached an agreement. After these addresses were read aloud, and with no public comment, the board moved to refer these cases to independent advisors for further review and market value assessment.
Referral of Section C Commercial Appeals to Assessor's Office

Section C comprised six commercial properties that required additional review by the assessor's office. The addresses were recited into the record, and similar to other sections, no one from the public spoke on these items. The board then voted to formally refer these cases for staff review, with their decisions to be presented at the reconvened meeting.

After addressing all scheduled appeals, the board determined to recess the meeting rather than adjourn it, with the clear intention of reconvening on April 22nd. This procedural motion was passed unanimously, concluding the current session of the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization.
