City Manager Executive Search Firm Interviews
The City Council interviewed five executive search firms selected from ten proposals received in response to an RFP. Each firm presented its qualifications for 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of questions from the Council. The firms interviewed were Strategic Government Resources, GMP Consultants, DDA Human Resources, Government Professional Solutions, and Innovative Public Advisors. The discussion focused on evaluating these firms to identify a preferred partner for the City Manager recruitment process and provide staff with direction.
