## EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Patrick McGlynn of McGlynn Partners and Dean Dovolis of DJR Architecture (the
Developers) are proposing to develop 92 units of housing on the property located at 101
66th Street East (Property). At the work session, they will present the project, their
background, the project's need for financial assistance, and how their proposal
compares to the previously approved development in both design and costs.
Several developments have been proposed for the site since it was vacated by
Southview Baptist Church in 2013. The low density of the original proposal made it
financially infeasible. Rising construction costs and interest rates since the pandemic
stalled the latest proposal.
