Tyler McLeete (Stantec) and Steven Voelker (Stantec) provided updates on Penn Avenue Reconstruction public engagement, including materials from Open House #3 and design options for intersections and the Highway 62 interchange. Dan Edgerton (Zan Associates) updated on business engagement.
