Call to Order & Attendance 6:30 by V.H-B. 2. Approval of Agenda Motion: 1 st /2 nd T.B./T.O. Tiffany moved to approve the minutes with the addition of Flock Camera discussion to the agenda. 3. Approval of Minutes Motion: 1 st /2 nd ## T.O./T.B. 4. Open Public Comment Anyone who is not on the agenda who would like to address the Commission on items not on the agenda. City Clerk presentation on elections. 5. Reports Chair’s report None. Vice Chair’s report None. Secretary's report None. School Board None. City Council None. ## Public Safety Liaison report Summertime updates. Discussion on getting students more involved with HRC events ## 6. New Business ## A. Work Plan Review B. Proclamations needed for August approval: Hispanic Heritage Month, presentation at 9/8 city council meeting C. Fall/Winter legal advice clinic ## D. Richfield 2050 Comprehensive Plan Steering ## Committee ## A. B. Inquire on if students at RHS would be interested in accepting proclamations. C. City to attempt getting an additional translator. Working on getting flyers to local churches. Regroup next month on branding. Have Richfield Recap mention Legal Kiosk. E. Need one member from each commission: The Comprehensive Plan serves as a community compass to inform future decisions regarding land use, transportation, housing and more. F. Must attend three meetings on the 2nd Monday of the month in the evening 9/14 or 10/12, February or March 2027, and September 2027. ## G. Penn Fest: Sunday 9/20 ## H. Activity ## I.
