Commission on items not on the agenda.
City Clerk presentation on elections.

## Public Safety Liaison report Summertime updates. Discussion on getting
students more involved with HRC events

B. Proclamations needed for August approval:
Hispanic Heritage Month, presentation at 9/8 city
council meeting
C. Fall/Winter legal advice clinic
## D. Richfield 2050 Comprehensive Plan Steering

B. Inquire on if students at RHS would be
interested in accepting proclamations.
C. City to attempt getting an additional
translator. Working on getting flyers to local
churches. Regroup next month on branding.
Have Richfield Recap mention Legal Kiosk.
E. Need one member from each commission:
The Comprehensive Plan serves as a community
compass to inform future decisions regarding land
use, transportation, housing and more.
F. Must attend three meetings on the 2nd
Monday of the month in the evening 9/14 or 10/12,
February or March 2027, and September 2027.

L. Is there a way to raise awareness over
cameras? Residents voice strong concern over
monitoring in public. Public safety states that
cameras help enforce public safety.
