## STAFF: Rachel Lindholm (Sustainability Coordinator), Zach McCarty (Solid Waste Specialist),

## Call to Order
Danner called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm.
## Approval of Minutes/Agenda
Agenda: Boone motioned, Heinen seconded, approved by all.
Minutes: Kueper motioned, Sookchain seconded, approved by all.
## Public Comment
## None
## Staff Reports
McCarty reported that upcoming events include Earth day/tool and seed swap, Shred event (volunteers needed), Compost giveaway,
ICAW Cities presentation, Building material swap, Furniture donation, Pickling workshop. Other updates included that deconstruction
grants are open and youth recycling edu training – Commissioners should email McCarty if they are interested.
Lindholm reported an update on the internal streetlight policy, a recap of the Healthy Living/Sustainability Fair at Augsburg Library, rain
barrels are sold out, the tree sale remains open, and she read the list of exhibitors scheduled for the upcoming Earth Day event.
## Other Business
The Commission continued discussing and creating its work plan for the year. Commissioners contributed ideas for projects and voiced
interest in which items they wanted to lead or work on. Danner and Lindholm will assign months for each project/topic to present at a
future commission meeting. Boone motioned to approve the workplan, Heinen seconded, approved by all.
2025 accomplishments document was discussed. Kueper motioned to add this item to the agenda and approve it, Boone seconded.
Commissioners who want to suggest any edits were directed to email Lindholm.
