Mayor Supple and Council Member Hayford Oleary thanked State Senator Wiklund for her service to Richfield. ## ITEM #3 RICHFIELD LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES Richfield department directors outlined their legislative priorities for the upcoming year and responded to questions from the attendees.
