Consideration of a Professional Service Agreement with TC2 to assist the City with the 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. c. Instructions were given for speakers to state their name and city of residence before speaking. No residents participated in the Open Forum opportunity. ## ITEM #6 ## PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS a. Proclamation Celebrating Juneteenth.
