The Consent Agenda, comprising several routine administrative and licensing approvals, as well as the second readings of two zoning ordinances, an auditing services engagement letter, virtual CISO services, and a development agreement assignment, was approved without individual items being pulled for discussion.
Consider approval of Wayzata Yacht Club request to modify the slip configuration at 1100 Eastman Lane

The Wayzata Yacht Club requested to modify their slip configuration by converting up to 12 buoys to physical slips, without increasing the total number of approved slips (186). Staff recommended noting that the modifications maintain the allowable slip count and minimize the lake footprint. Council members added a comment about increased safety with fixed slips. The request was approved with these comments to be forwarded to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD).
