Welcome to the April 21st, 2025 meeting of the Wisetta Planning Commission. I hereby call the meeting to order. My name is Blake Cameron and I'm the chair of the planning commission. Uh, next on the um next on the agenda tonight is the consent agenda which consists of approval of the meeting minutes from April 7th, 2025 and approval of the planning commission report and recommendation for denial for a conditional use permit at 701 Central Avenue North. Um, does anybody have any questions um or uh proposed changes to the agenda? No. No. Perfect. Um, if not, may I have a motion to approve the agenda as presented? So moved. Severson. Uh, next on the agenda tonight, uh, since we don't have any old business, we'll move right to public hearing. um is the uh development application for conditional use permit and design deviation for 1221 Weisetta Boulevard East which is better known as the consent. What the consent chair I think um did I skip past that? I I thought we just did that. You approved the agenda for the evening and the next thing on the agenda is the consent. Yeah. Sorry. Sorry, I was one further down on this, so that's my bad. Um, does anybody have any commissioners? Does anybody have any comments, questions um or want to pull any items for further discussion on the consent agenda, which is the meeting meeting minutes from April 7th and the uh report and recommendation for denial for conditional use permit at 701 Central Avenue. Then we'll hear from the applicant and we'll have some discussion as a commission. Um and then we'll have a public hearing as well and then close that and bring it back.
