APPROVAL OF AGENDA Original Agenda Item E2 (Ice Cream Social Tabling) was removed from the agenda due to the cancellation of Ice Cream Social.. With this change, Commissioner Chandler made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion passed by consent. ## D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. June 8, 2026 Vice-Chair Pellegrini made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 8, 2026 meeting. Motion passed by consent. ## E. NEW BUSINESS ## 1. Lawn & Garden Tours The commission went through the host gardeners' information and started the process to accommodate gardeners by providing and coordinating a gardener educator for sites during the garden tours. Despite concern over the recent and ongoing heat wave, EC looked over the diversity of display gardens and are excited for the event. ## 2. Partners in Energy – Implementation Debrief The Commission was provided with a Partners in Energy presentation detailing related Energy Action Plan updates and goals. Commissioners spent time discussing the current progress and the recommended priorities largely focusing on energy efficiency in homes and buildings. In response to the presentation, Commissioners researched more about Partner in Energy’s graduate support program, and are preparing to ask for support in outreach for income qualified residents. ## 3. Les Bolstad Redevelopment Project – CAC Update Chair Keester reported on recent discussions within the Community Advisory Committee (CAC).The golf course has been sold to Rachel Development.
