Warzecha, a resident and former Parks and Recreation Commissioner, shared concerns regarding 32illegal dumping occurring in dumpsters located within Central Park. It was noted that frequent walks 33through the park have revealed repeated instances of overflowing dumpsters and unauthorized 34disposal of waste. C. Warzecha stated that information and photographs documenting the issue had 35been shared with Parks Superintendent Jim Taylor and expressed concern regarding the visual 36impact, costs associated with disposal, and the use of taxpayer resources to address illegally d…
