Note that links to most planned or active construction projects can be found on our construction projects website. http://www.cityofroseville.com/697/Construction-Projects ## R oseville Public Works project updates: •Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & Passport Centers / Dance Studio (LPCDS) Staff continues to work with consultants to develop the construction plans and anticipate bidding this fall. A design development update will be provided to Council on Sept 14. •Lexington Avenue Pathway - County Road B to TH 36 oThe construction of the pathway is substantially complete and open to pedestrians with the decorative fence being installed in the coming weeks. •Hamline Avenue – County Road C to Snelling Avenue oConstruction of the Hamline Avenue Reconstruction Project was suspended after field verification identified a conflict with an existing Xcel Energy gas main. Xcel anticipates installing the new gas main in September/October and completing the project early 2027 (re-energizing after winter). Staff and project partners are evaluating phasing options for resuming the project following the relocation in 2027. ## •2026 PMP Project oNearly 6 miles of roads are planned for rehabilitation in 2026.
