The motion carried unanimously. 33 34 Finalize Discussion Items for Joint City Council – Finance Commission Meeting 35 36 Chair Kanzenbach discussed the upcoming annual joint meeting with the City Council, 37 scheduled for the following Monday, where the Finance Commission will present its annual 38 update. He explained that presentation materials had been prepared but still needed review, and 39 that it was also necessary to determine which commissioners would cover specific topics during 40 the presentation. 41 42 Chair Kanzenbach noted that attendance was encouraged but not mandatory, mentioning that 43 four commissioners attended the previous year's meeting.
