UPON ## VOTE BEING TAKEN THE FOLLOWING VOTED: ## AYE: HOLLENHORST, KRUMME, VOLLER, DINGMANN, KOLBINGER ## NAY: NONE ## MOTION CARRIED ## GUESTS AND OPEN FORUM: None. ## CITY OWNED PROPERTY DISCUSSION: Sanders reported that staff had sent a purchase agreement to B&B Towing for the city-owned parcel located on Liberty Lane and Highway 10. Staff has reached out several times to request the potential purchaser's comments or proposed edits to the agreement but has not received a response. Mayor Kolbinger contacted the owner of B&B Towing, who confirmed that he remains interested in purchasing the property and in learning about any incentives the city may be able to offer. The EDA discussed potential incentives, including tax increment financing (TIF), tax abatement, a reduction in the purchase price, and establishing a deadline for returning the signed purchase agreement. Board members agreed that TIF, tax abatement, and a land price reduction were not favorable options.
