Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) supports community-driven solutions to
expand opportunities for active living, healthy eating, mental well-being and commercial
tobacco-free living, helping all people in Minnesota to prevent chronic diseases including
cancer, heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes.

SHIP Coordinators collaborate with organizations to support and implement policy, system, and
environmental changes to improve the health and well-being of our community. SHIP funding is
