Adjournment Speaker(s): Ms. ## Alison Sherman, ## School Board Chair ## AGREEMENT ## FOR ## LAW ENFORCEMENT ## SERVICES This Law Enforcement Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the City of Stillwater ("City") and the Stillwater Area Public Schools, Independent School District #834 ("School District") for the provision of law enforcement services to the School District by the City. Whereas, the School District is desirous of contracting with the City for the performance of the hereinafter described law enforcement functions through the Stillwater Police Department; and Whereas, the City is agreeable to rendering such services on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; and Whereas, this Agreement is authorized and provided for by the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 471.59 and 436.05. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of the aforementioned statutes and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, it is mutually agreed between the City and School District as follows: ## I.
